These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KLEANKLAS website, your purchase of products through our online store, and your interactions with KLEANKLAS. By accessing the website, placing an order, subscribing to communications, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Delivery dates or timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, address issues, supply interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Risk of loss and title to products transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for the order.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with any Returns & Refunds Policy published by KLEANKLAS at the time of purchase and with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the customer.
Unless required by applicable law, KLEANKLAS may refuse returns that are outside the stated return period, used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, altered, or otherwise do not satisfy the published return conditions.

Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
